In conjunction with Hotel Marketing / MarCom. Manage hotel presence and content across all communication channels, both brand and third party platforms. Review and monitor competitive hotels to ensure product and service offerings position property for competitive advantage with the objective to lead/grow market share. Develop the advertising and business promotion budget in conjunction with the Annual Marketing Plan and Minimum Operating Standards. Build and maintain Optimal Business Mix, strong revenue generation efforts in Banquet department, and other areas (Spa, R&B). Ensure strong brand positioning of the property in the ever changing competitive environment Planning, implementation, and evaluation of all marketing activities and sales tactical plan.
